“Good place to stay if you want to be near the bharatpur airport”
The location is super close to the airport, but I got a non‑smoking room that still smelled like smoke—my clothes in the cupboard carried that scent until checkout. I raised the issue, and the staff tried to fix it by putting a lemon‑grassy scent packet near the door, which masked the smell but didn’t remove the smoke residue from my clothes.
“Great stay—Great value.”
The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, but the bathroom window in our room let you see through the curtain.
“A Great Place to Stay”
The staff were super helpful, the room was spacious, and the food was delicious. It's a great all-around experience.
“Nice garden view and good location, but disappointing meals”
The spot is convenient, yet the breakfast buffet falls short in flavor, and even the regular menu items like grilled chicken salad and thukpa were bland. The front desk staff were polite at check‑in but didn’t go beyond that to make guests feel genuinely welcomed.
“Friendly Staff, Cleanliness Could Improve”
The staff were super friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable! However, the cleaning could have been better. I mean, it was okay, but it wasn't exactly spotless.
