I didn’t stay because they booked another group; the gentleman was very professional and cancelled the booking over the phone.

Everything was fine, nothing really stood out as a problem. I didn’t have any complaints at all.

The room was huge and had a lovely balcony, plus the location was spot‑on. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn’t very clean, which was a let‑down.

The place sits right in the city centre, the rooms are clean, airy and surprisingly big, and the manager was super helpful—he answered my call right away, spoke perfect English and made check‑in a breeze. Finding the building was a bit of a hunt; there’s no sign on the street and I had to ask several people for directions, and the pedestrian street outside stayed noisy until about midnight. Also, there’s no air‑conditioning in the rooms, only a fan.

This quirky spot is spotless and the owner greeted us warmly; it’s set up for groups or families with a shared shower, three toilets, four bedrooms and roughly ten beds. It sits on a very lively Sofia boulevard full of bars, restaurants and countless shops, making the location perfect.
