The staff were great, but the curtain rod fell from the ceiling, the bathroom trim was flooded, the shower drain was clogged, and the shower door was the wrong size, causing water to spill all over the bathroom.

The bed was okay and I slept fairly well. The junior suite did not feel like a suite at all; some lights in the room didn’t work. The wooden frame of the bathroom door was rotted at the bottom from shower water. The shower drain was blocked, and after less than 2 minutes of showering the basin overflowed. It took more than 5 minutes for the water to drain. The faucet on the sink sprayed in all directions. There were also no Kleenex in the room.

The hotel’s location was great, our room was on the 3rd floor with a decent view, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping, minibar, and safe, and the staff were very accommodating when we asked for a late check‑in. However, the hotel did not live up to the description: the room lacked a kettle, which the reception staff seemed surprised about and claimed they had no spares. The room, meant for two, was cramped with only one chair and a tiny table, making it impractical for a couple. Electrical outlets by the bed were broken and falling out of the wall, and no one fixed them. The sliding bathroom doors were heavy and difficult to open. Toiletries were poor, with soap in broken dispensers and very little quantity. The lack of attention to detail, ignoring reported issues (especially dangerous ones like broken outlets), and missing basic amenities mean I cannot recommend this place.
