The location is perfect, near TST station and many good restaurants, but the room is pretty small.

The spot was spot‑on, right in the middle of everything with plenty of shops and food right outside and a subway nearby; the city view was nice. The room itself was very cramped, making it impossible to open my suitcase on the floor; two people felt very tight, though alone it was okay. The only access was an elevator between a small reception area and the room, with no lounge or chill space.

The location was fine, but the room was tiny and the bed was terribly uncomfortable, with springs squeaking loudly; when I complained to front desk staff Alex, he acted discriminatory toward mainland guests. I had booked two rooms but my friends didn’t show up, so I used only one, and within minutes of checking out Alex refused any negotiation and kept the entire 600‑plus charge, pretending it was just the hotel’s policy.
