“Péssima. Sujo, velho e desconfortável.”

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to my sister’s house in the neighboring condominium. It has a very good pool, which I didn’t even use because I left the next day. The owner and staff were attentive, yet the hotel is very bad: it needs renovation, has old facilities, is dirty (I killed two cockroaches in the room, there was cable in the bathroom closet), the roof was patched, and the bed was uncomfortable, so I couldn’t sleep there.

The shower was weak, insects were on the floor, dust covered the furniture, the Wi‑Fi was spotty, and they asked us to leave before the scheduled checkout time.

The place is close to the city center, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work and the TV in the room was also non‑functional.

The TV remote didn’t work. The cable support was tangled above the single bed, potentially dangerous for a child. The toilet seat was broken, posing a cutting risk. The shower door wouldn’t close because it was jammed. There were many rooms for few parking spots, leaving cars stuck. The coffee was simple but served, yet nothing special.
