The bed was extremely comfy and there was a large chair to curl up in. The location was great, and the pub down the road had amazing food. The house was beautiful and styled to a high standard. The only thing I might add is that a blind over the front door would have provided a bit more privacy.

Tout. Le logement est très confortable, très joliment décoré, très propre et très calme. Il est très bien situé près d'un arrêt de bus, idéal pour visiter York. Le pub en face de l'arrêt de bus est très sympa et on y mange très bien. Rien tout était parfait !

Very relaxing, great location with public transport to all destinations. This was my second visit to this property, so I was pleased with the stress‑free relaxation. Wi‑fi could be better.

Lovely gaff that has pretty everything I could wish for when working away from home. The sofa set in relation to the TV was a bit awkward, but that can be easily fixed by moving the sofa around.

Well presented, tasteful decor. Easy to access and park. Plenty of hot water and a rainfall shower. Peaceful and accessible location. Comfortable bed. Lovely old beams in the kitchen area. Patio set to use in the sun. Nothing major, but the lighting in the bedroom was either very low or very bright. The blinds in the kitchen/dining area are transparent. We took an air fryer due to lack of a hob. The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't functioning.
