The location was great, but the bathroom wasn’t clean, there were no coffee supplies (though a nice coffee shop was across the street), no shampoo or body wash, a toothbrush broke on first use, there was only one towel suitable for drying a child, and the mattress was very uncomfortable with excessive street noise; I would not recommend it.

It was near the centre and the room was quite big, but the shower was weak and broken, the remote control didn’t work, the cleaner didn’t clear the room, and they didn’t give water or toilet paper – we had to go down to reception and ask.

The room was clean, the floor was accessible by elevator, and it was close to the city centre. It was a very large room with air conditioning. The staff didn’t speak English; we tried using Google Translate but they didn’t understand. There was no tourist information or breakfast, which is a shame. The room itself was good, but the staff were not professional.
