The hotel’s spot was spot‑on, especially since we came by train from Malpensa airport and left for Bergamo airport on a bus; both routes made the location a real win. The staff were warm and helpful, the room was spotless and offered a fantastic view. I didn’t encounter any problems during our three‑night stay, so I’d give a strong recommendation.

The place sits well, but I had to shell out an extra 60 euro for the city tax, which translates to 20 euro per day; I’m not sure why that fee is applied.

A lovely hotel, right next to the metro and train station—ideal for city exploration. The view from the top of the building while you eat breakfast was simply great.

The view was absolutely stunning, but I discovered someone’s hair on the towel.
