I liked the facilities, especially the heated pool, and the location was excellent. The hallway scent was pleasant, and the breakfast tasted good—there wasn’t much variety, but everything was high quality. The service was very good, yet the reception staff looked a bit sloppy; the person who greeted us was kind but wore a dirty polo, a small detail that still affected the first impression. I also noticed that the bar area had few tables, and there was no lobby with armchairs for a casual meeting.
