The location is good, on the riverbank, close to the Dragon Bridge, and across the bridge you’re already in the center of Da Nang. The owner is polite and attentive, and we arranged an early check‑out with him. The hotel is small, with several floors and a lift. Rooms vary: some have windows overlooking the river with a balcony, others have no windows. Overall, it’s clean. A shop and a pharmacy are nearby. The hotel lacked internet due to cable problems, which could not be fixed at the time; this was important to me and ruined the otherwise positive aspects, preventing a longer stay. A noisy road runs along the riverbank.

Good location, a room with a balcony and a superb view of the river, close to shops and restaurants with plenty of choices, near the Dragon Bridge animation. Some guests do not respect others’ sleep.

“Awesome!”

The location, view, amenities, and staff are absolutely amazing; they were attentive, kind, and accommodating. I booked at the last minute and only regret not staying longer. A mini‑mart, pharmacy, beauty salon, and several coffee shops and restaurants are all at your feet. Convenience was unmatched, and this place was far better than many higher‑rated, more expensive options in the same area. I loved it here and would return in a heartbeat. The only complaint is that there is no air‑conditioning in the floor hallways, but that’s a minor gripe when you’re otherwise extremely happy and would highly recommend it to anyone who can.
