I was close enough to the convention center, but the room was dirty, tiny, and had no hooks or hangers for my clothes; the air conditioner barely worked and the dirt filter was a mess.

The bathroom and room were clean, and I liked the balcony and pool table on the second floor, but the room needed repairs: a huge 4‑ft‑wide drywall patch on the ceiling was unpainted and unsanded, some outlets didn't work, and the TV remote was dead or had no batteries.
