The 5‑star rating for this resort is misleading. A few issues that bothered us: 1. There is no 24/7 reception, so we couldn’t get help from staff. 2. There was no hot water for showering, forcing us to take cold showers. 3. The water didn’t drain properly; my partner had to unclog the drains himself. 4. We stayed two nights, yet no housekeeping cleaned the room. 5. We struggled to connect to the Wi‑Fi. 6. There is no ventilation in the bathroom.

The view, the room’s standing, and the private pool were great. The air‑conditioning was noisy, the breakfast in the room was mediocre, and the area feels like a construction zone, giving it a bit of a ghost‑town vibe.

The location was quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious with a superb view of the lake, various amenities, a very large bathroom with a whirlpool, a balcony pool that was great, comfortable bedding, and parking was available. The shower drain struggled to clear because hair was present at the outlet.
