Absolutely recommend – I’ll definitely return! The stay was very pleasant and communication was flawless. Because I missed the check‑in time, we sorted everything quickly over the phone beforehand. Extending one night on the spot and leaving luggage after checkout were also hassle‑free. The hotel and rooms are modern and bright. The lift location is perfect, and breakfast is well balanced and plentiful.

Cleanliness and location are good. Hot water takes a long time to arrive, and you can hear other guests going to the bathroom.

The hotel is in a central spot, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were very courteous and helpful, even speaking Italian. The room we were given had a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was delicious, both sweet and savory. I feel lucky to have received such quality treatment. I would have liked the bar to be open on the days of my stay given the great location, but that did not affect my overall satisfaction.

I loved the location, the rooms were lovely, and the breakfast was a real treat. The staff were super helpful, letting us check in early and emailing the sauna card beforehand. Nothing to complain about—everything was great!
