There wasn’t much to like: no breakfast, no room service, the air‑conditioning was weak, the breakfast that was offered was very expensive, and the double room we were given only had a single bath towel and no face towels.

The reception was great, and the staff from check‑in were very friendly and attentive. The housekeepers spotted the wedding dress in the room and decorated the bed with a romantic theme, which my wife loved. The water was plentiful. The setting was very quiet for rest, and overall the value was superb. The only downsides were that the TV didn’t connect to the internet (which we didn’t use) and the bed creaked when moving.

The location was fine, but the internet was awful.

The hotel is conveniently close to the Complexo Industrial Suframa. However, the ground‑floor room offered no privacy because the window faced the garden, the curtains couldn’t be opened and it felt like perpetual night; ants crawled over the furniture and got into luggage, backpacks and clothing; and the minibar didn’t carry any products suitable for diabetics, even though about 14 % of Brazilians have diabetes.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.
