The welcome was excellent and the location between the orchard and the forest is great. The breakfast was good, and the services were solid, but bad weather meant we couldn’t use the pool. The price is relatively high, although that’s now standard in the Bolzano area.

The location was close to the mountains (including a cable car), reasonably near the train station, several restaurants nearby (which were also very good), and the window offered a nice view (especially if you stayed on the top floor). The staff were very pleasant, and I got the impression they run the place as a family (though only one of them spoke English). The bathrooms, bed, and room in general were very nice, tidy, and spacious (at least if you travel alone). Each room has at least one window that can be opened if it gets too hot. Breakfast was pleasant with a wide variety, and people often ate together, which added to a family‑like atmosphere. The pool was fantastic too, with sun loungers and a shower. Totally worth every krona! On the downside, only one of the owners spoke Swedish, which made communication a bit difficult. Breakfast was served only between 08-09:30, so if you want a late‑morning meal you can't expect anything beyond that.

We felt very comfortable overall: a beautiful garden setting with an inviting pool and plenty of loungers for all guests. The host family was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. Good breakfast with a lovely outdoor terrace. The room and bathroom were very small; we were only there a few days, so it didn't bother us much. For a longer stay it wouldn't be suitable. A bit more fruit or vegetable options would raise the breakfast a bit.

Excellent breakfast, very nice hosts. The property is super well maintained. Nothing to complain about. You feel very well taken care of.
