The staff were super friendly, the location was perfect, the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was nice, but there was no TV in the room and no wardrobe.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, with an excellent location close to almost everything—metro, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants—and near Al Nasr Arch. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and friendly, and I thanked them for their great service throughout my stay. The room felt a bit cramped, but overall it didn’t affect the experience and the stay was excellent.
