The main problem was the mismatch between the booking details and the charges we received on arrival: we had booked three rooms for two adults each at a set price, but the system only recognized one adult per room and demanded an extra fee for the second adult. This confusion and lack of clarity about the extra cost was frustrating, and we had no choice but to pay it.
