We enjoyed a magnificent stay, both we and our dachshund. The facilities were immaculate, the staff super friendly at all times, and the restaurant highly recommended (we dined twice). It’s in the very centre of the town, with free parking easily available. The dog hid under the bed on the last day because she didn’t want to come back, no more to say.

Very clean and the décor is beautiful, and the staff are very efficient. It is a bit far from Ávila city centre.

Location: near Ávila, free parking in the front square. The room is spacious, tastefully furnished, and actually of higher quality than what we booked. Nothing negative.

The room was fine. Overall, I didn’t like the service. My father stayed there because the town lies on the Camino de Santiago, and he was biking from Valencia. We asked the hotel to store our bike, and the lady charged us €15 for leaving it in a dark courtyard behind the building. On top of that, the town was in celebration and we couldn’t even sleep, which should have prompted some courtesy. And to top it off, the hotel cost €87 per night. In none of the 20 villages we stopped before this one were we treated with such a lack of friendliness, especially at such a high price. It felt like a rip-off and very unhelpful.

The location is very good, the facilities are excellent, and everything is very clean. The restaurant service is also very good.
