The duplex is very well situated, close to shops, restaurants and the main sights, making it easy to walk around the city. The accommodation is spacious, clean, pleasant and well arranged. We appreciated the comfort of the duplex and its ideal location for enjoying our stay. It’s a place we recommend for exploring the city. It would be nice to receive the necessary arrival information a few days before the stay, especially the building entry code and key‑pickup instructions. On the day of arrival we had to request these details while already standing in front of the door, which caused stress and waiting that could have been avoided with better pre‑arrival communication. Clear and early transmission of this information would greatly improve the arrival experience for guests.

The location is great, close to the city center and easy to reach. I’m only rating the Prateada room; I don’t know about the others. The shower control is broken, hard to turn on, and water pooled during use. We couldn’t find blankets, there was very little shower soap, and the hair dryer was partially broken. The room above is noisy and it disturbed our sleep. The owner responds with a long delay. Not recommended.

I didn't use the property because the room conditions were bad: it was stuffy, had no natural light, and street noise was loud. I cancelled my reservation. The room was poor and there was no contact with the staff.

Everything was to our liking. The place was clean and smelled pleasant. The staff were excellent, offering help even when not on site, and went out of their way to take care of us. Thank you.
