I was happy to find the hotel right near everything, and it stayed spotless; everyone seemed to mind their own business. The staff were friendly and let us check in early because we arrived before 3 pm—after calling ahead they answered promptly. The bed was comfortable, and they kindly stored our luggage after checkout. We spent the whole day touring the city after leaving, so that worked out well. On the downside, we wanted breakfast but were told the café wasn’t included, which was a let‑down for me as a café fan. Also, no hand‑wash soup was provided, the TV kept glitching with signal issues, the landline “fix” never answered, and the Wi‑Fi was poor. These problems were minor but still affected the experience.

The spot was close to the city center, the outdoor area was well maintained, and the terrace overlooking the garden was pleasant for breakfast. However, if you arrive before 10:30 am, there isn’t much left for breakfast.

The setting, décor, and location were great. I would have liked the breakfast to be free with my Genius status.
