Le Moulin 1826 in Houdan blends 19th‑century charm with modern comfort. The pet‑friendly manor features a rooftop pool overlooking the Seine valley, a sun terrace, free WiFi, lounge, and outdoor seating. Rooms offer private baths, hairdryers, dining areas, and garden views. On‑site French cuisine, breakfast, bicycle parking, and proximity to Donjon, Église St‑Jacques, and Paris Orly Airport enhance its appeal.

We received a very warm welcome; the gardens were delightful and the room was very comfortable. Even though the restaurant was closed, they still served an excellent evening meal and a great breakfast. Highly recommend.

The welcome, environment, and on‑site dining were all excellent. Nothing to add.

Secure parking, friendly staff, and excellent food. This could be a beautiful hotel, but the owner runs it alone and seems to focus on the restaurant more than the accommodation, which now feels very tired and basic.

A lovely inn close to Houdan, with an old timber roof and spacious, cozy rooms that are nicely decorated. The on‑site restaurant is excellent and the B&B vibe is perfect. The hotelier was very helpful, even arranging a quick post‑flight meal for us. The countryside atmosphere made my adult children prefer it over Paris, and it’s super convenient for exploring Houdan and the nearby area. The only downside was that the shower water took a bit to heat up.
