We received a very warm welcome from Louise and Pascale, the room was spacious and clean, the view was stunning, and breakfast was excellent.

It’s a tiny, magnificent sanctuary perched on the mountain top, where serenity and Olympic calm prevail; thanks to Louise and Pascale for their kindness even though my English isn’t great, we still managed to understand each other! The place is magical; breakfast and the meals offered are superb, especially Pascale’s exceptional French toast. The road to the car access is surprising—manageable but you can’t use a low‑profile car.

The location is beautiful and very quiet, the beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast consisted only of sweets; there was no cheese, etc. The windows were secured with chains, which made ventilation difficult (a pity given the pleasant night temperatures), so the rooms were stuffy and we had to keep the doors open. Because of the creaks and high noise level, the house itself was quite loud, especially the shared bathrooms. It wasn’t clear that one of the toilets was a compost toilet, which is rather uncomfortable in a communal bathroom. The driveway to the accommodation isn’t suitable for every car.

The caravan was comfortable, clean, and the surroundings were very quiet. The photos of the property can be misleading because the caravan sits on a vacant plot.
