“BOX SPRINGS instead of proper mattresses- don't stay here”

We stayed in January and got a quieter room in the main building, where the beds were great, so we booked again in February. This time friends joined and we were given rooms in the back building: two twin beds in one room, king bed in the other. All three beds were terrible—they were box springs, not mattresses, so we slept on hard metal coils all night, which was painful. A black hair was found in the sheets, the sheet had a stain (perhaps it hadn’t been changed or washed), and the floor under the bed wasn’t fully cleaned. The bathroom door was hard to close and made a lot of noise, but a worker fixed it by removing the locking mechanism, after which it closed quietly. The location was close enough to drive to town events but in a quiet neighborhood. We will never stay here again.

“Quiet room outside of main town area”

Summary of this review

The Guest House sits north of the main part of town, which was convenient for the event we were attending. Parking on site was adequate. I asked for a quiet room but was given a ground‑floor room near the main entrance that buzzed whenever people used their key cards. After requesting a move, I was upgraded to a larger, much quieter room. The lights could have been brighter, and the beds were rock hard.

“Okay for stay lest then a week”

It’s close to the main road and easy to get to, and the room itself was nice. The toilet had a leaking tap, and in the morning and night I could hear people using the main door, which might disturb you; they also didn’t provide a hair dryer.
