Our stay at Numpu Baandi went very well. The host answered all our questions. Renting a bike for the day was a real plus, letting us visit several caves and beaches without scooters or taxis. It was low season, so the on‑site restaurant was closed, but many food stalls were close by. Great value for money.

The surroundings were beautiful and calm, and the bungalows were crafted by the manager with extreme kindness.

I liked being close to the mountains and nature. I didn’t like that there was no swimming pool.

The host was sweet, very tidy, and always ready to help us. The highlight of the property was renting bicycles for a day at 80 bahts to explore the area. The cabins were poorly insulated, making for a very noisy night with birds chirping all through the night. Unfortunately the inn’s restaurant was closed because the cook was sick, and the breakfast was also quite sparse.

The spot is well‑located, just a short walk from Sam Roi Yot. I did notice an unpleasant odor coming from the pond, probably because it was dry.
