I actually stayed longer than planned; it was the most pleasant stay ever, everyone was so kind and ready to help with anything I needed, and they treated my dog like a VIP too! I honestly can’t think of anything negative.

The breakfast staff were fine, but the hotel rooms need major changes: not enough light, not clean, and a bad smell.
