“Great location, beautiful hotel with a great restaurant and bar”

While the hotel's great location and convenient parking were definite positives, my stay was unfortunately marred by the noise level. The walls between rooms were paper-thin, and I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. To make matters worse, I had noisy neighbors with screaming children who kept me awake until midnight. Additionally, there was a lot of noise from above and in the corridors, which made for a restless night's sleep.

“Location good. Hotel needs some training on housekeeping”

Despite the hotel's convenient location, my stay was marked by several issues, including a water main break that left us without water upon arrival. While the staff offered to waive the cancellation fee if we wanted to leave, we decided to stay and hope the water would come back on soon. Thankfully, it did, but not before we encountered a dirty room with trash on the floor and in the bathroom, as well as a dirty toilet and unwiped-down faucets.

“Beautiful Hotel”
