“Décevant pour un 4 étoiles mais à un prix très attractif”

The location was very good and the bed was comfortable, but the room size was small, there were no paper towels, the shower gel was cheap, and the breakfast was disappointing for 16€ – it only had a box of Lipton tea from a higher quality brand, a bland fruit salad, and dry bread.

The location was excellent, the staff were very helpful and polite, but the lights in the room were an issue.

“Adequate lodging and affordable price near the grotto”

The spot was convenient for the Basilicas and grotto, and the Bodegon restaurant in the hotel was outstanding, but the staff were a bit rude – they took phone calls or talked with other guests while helping me, and the beds were not very comfortable.
