The staff were helpful and the place is close to the main road, parking works well, and outside food services can come in easily. However, the mattresses were too hard and left my body sore, the room wasn’t clean, showers flooded because the drainage didn’t work, towels on the floor got wet, the TV was hard to open and required maintenance help, the AC in one bedroom needed fixing, and dishes weren’t washed by the cleaning staff.

Excellent.

The spot is super convenient—everything in Al Ain is a 10‑minute walk. I liked the on‑site cafeteria, the neighborhood shop, and the laundry. Security was a nice touch too. The only hiccup was the cleaning schedule; one night it was spotless, the next it wasn’t, which is a bit annoying if you’re expecting consistency.

Staff were friendly and the cleanliness was top‑notch. The AC worked great, keeping the place cool. On the downside, the pool isn’t covered and only opens at noon, so there’s no shade or fan‑shaded path to it. The price feels a bit steep for what’s offered.
