“A little gem”
Ralph who owns the hotel was so nice and welcoming and knowledgeable
“Cozy historic spot, but spotty room Wi‑Fi”
We booked a cozy room in a beautiful historic hotel; the bed was comfortable, towels and toiletries were provided, and breakfast was solid. The owners were genuinely kind and there’s street parking right out front. The only hitch was the Wi‑Fi in the room, which kept dropping – the lounge/bar area had a decent signal though.
“Central, clean, but a bit dated”
The flat was clean, warm and comfortable, and being right in the centre of town made everything easy to reach. The décor is a bit dated – understandable in such an old building – but it didn’t really affect the overall experience.
“Historic charm, spotless and friendly staff”
The hotel has that old‑world feel – antique furniture still in place, but everything is spotless and well‑maintained. Mr. Ralph at reception was friendly and helpful. Honestly, I liked everything, so I can’t point to any real downside.
“Warm host with great stories”
Our host greeted us warmly and took the time to tell us the whole story behind the place, which made the stay feel personal and enjoyable.
