“buona scelta”

The building is over 800 years old and looks stunning. It’s easy to get to (except with sports cars) and has a front‑of‑house parking lot. The owner is very friendly. The pool area is well organized and even has a small kiosk. We could only relax on the loungers because the weather wasn’t suitable for a swim. The restaurant serves good food, fitting the setting. The room is spacious enough with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the walls are thick, so the room stayed warm at night; the fan helped but I missed air conditioning. The bathroom is small and has a shower curtain.

The property, converted from an old country house surrounded by greenery with a wonderful view, was charming; the staff were extremely courteous and attentive. The room and bathroom were small, but the effort to preserve the historic building should be appreciated.

The welcome, location, and the option to dine on site are all excellent. The only drawback is the lack of a shower box, which is a minor limitation but manageable overall.

The owner and staff were welcoming and accommodating. The pool is clean and comfortable, with a bar by the edge. The value for money and the food are both excellent. Nothing else to note.
