The resort is gorgeous and gives a very secure feeling, with security always present and attentive, making everyone feel comfortable. The pool is perfect, especially for families: there’s a shallow area and a slightly deeper section behind the bar where kids can play, swim, and even swim under the bridges—never a dull moment. Housekeeping occurs every two days, which we found fully adequate and sensible. There are plenty of activities like beach volleyball, tennis, chess, and more, so boredom never creeps in. The only downside is the beach, which is almost unusable due to algae, a real shame if you’re after a classic beach holiday. The center of San Pedro, about to the bridge, is reachable by golf cart in roughly 15–20 minutes. During our low‑season stay the resort was very quiet and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed the calm. The designated quiet times are also sensible and pleasant. All in all, we definitely recommend the resort and had a lovely, restorative stay. What we didn’t like: we accidentally broke a plate and were told we’d have to discuss payment with upper management before deciding if we had to pay for it. With a ten‑day stay we’d have appreciated a bit more leniency, especially for a single broken plate. The welcome package could also be a bit more generous for longer‑staying guests; for example, refilling coffee after a few days would be nice. But honestly, that’s just a high‑level gripe. Overall, these are minor issues that barely affected our very positive overall impression.

The place is clean, but it’s far outside the city—don’t book it if you need a golf cart.

The pool area is lovely, as are the landscaping and other sports facilities; the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The beach was a little let‑down, but since the resort can’t control the seaweed they’re not to blame.
