“Fantastic helpful staff”

The hotel and room had a pleasant scent and were very clean and tidy, yet there was a strong air‑freshener smell when we first entered, which was a bit overpowering, and the room was hot but the fan helped keep it comfortable.

The customer service was excellent.

Personale gentilissimo e attento a cercare di migliorare l’esperienza, mi hanno subito cambiato camera, constatato quanto fosse rumorosa quella che mi avevano assegnato. Camere calde, non climatizzate e quelle che si affacciano sulla strada principale sono molto rumorose. Materassi vecchi, moquette a terra vecchio stile e pulizia del bagno molto discutibile. Posizionato in una zona con scarsa sicurezza

The staff were great, especially the front desk person Ammar, the room was very clean, the breakfast area was nice and spacious, the train station was only a five‑minute walk, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance; I’ll book again.

“Heatwave made it unbearable”

The location was handy and the price was low for a short stay, and the breakfast was decent, but avoid it in summer because the room was scorching hot and the fan didn’t do enough; the room is small, but you get what you pay for.
