How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
This was not what I was promised. From the moment I was spoken to, the attitude was rude and unwelcoming. How can something as simple as a towel be considered a luxury? Management told me that because the room costs £35, I was not entitled to a towel. Please, you should not be in the hospitality business.

There was no breakfast, not even a kettle in the room. The building looked shabby, with rotten floorboards hidden under a dirty carpet. I found nothing to like and felt unsafe in a house with a shared bathroom and no staff present. The room had no furniture except two beds, no towels, no light shade, and the wiring was awful—extension cords everywhere. The key lock box took 10 minutes to open and retrieve the key. I can’t even load the photos that show how challenging this place was.

Only the bedsheets were clean; the rest of the environment was awful. The property was not presentable.
