“Mooi hotel met prima faciliteiten”

The place is great for cycling or taking the bus to the city centre. I stayed in a split‑level family room that was very spacious and had everything you could want; it was clean and tidy. There was no bath, but the shower was excellent, and the balcony was also very roomy. I liked having coffee in the room. The sports facilities were good and I used them; I didn’t try any of the saunas. I could park my car outside and my bike in the underground garage. At check‑in a young lady in traditional clothing greeted me. She was pleasant to see but very impersonal. She promised to arrange a transport card for me, but I never heard back from her. A few days later I checked out with another lady, who was fortunately friendly. I didn’t have breakfast, and I thought the price for breakfast was absurdly high. Later I discovered I was actually entitled to an inclusive breakfast, but the young lady didn’t process it correctly and I missed it. That was disappointing; I should have verified it myself. I’ll return because I find this handling unprofessional. I also want to request different pillows.

It’s a nice and cozy boutique hotel; everything was great, with no complaints.

Very clean and it has air conditioning, even though it’s set to 20°C, it works well and the place is nice; you can stroll nearby and there’s a bike rental on the road next to the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t varied enough; there were plates with used dishes throughout the breakfast period and they weren’t cleaned, it seems the staff didn’t notice this and it should be cleaned regularly.

“Eigentlich schönes App. mit den genannten Einschränkungen”

The location is spot‑on for easy access to the city via public transport and to nature, like a drive to the Untersberg without city traffic. The apartment was the right size and the terrace was nice for sitting. The parking in front of the building was great. I stayed alone in Apartment 2 and managed with three issues: 1. The floor squeaks terribly in some spots when walked on; 2. The bed squeaks with every small movement; 3. The motion sensor in the entrance works, but it should not trigger when standing at the end of the bed. If my husband had been there, the other would have woken up at night from the squeaks and light. Too bad. A kettle would have been useful in the kitchenette, because the limescale in the pots cannot be removed with dish soap and the pots look unsightly after heating tea or coffee water.
