The spot is perfect—central yet not smack in the middle of all the traffic. The owner is very friendly and helpful :) Parking is cheap but you’ll need a bit of patience to find a spot, which is normal for Rome.

The host is an amazing, kind-hearted person who showed me many great places to eat and visit, helped with public transport and everything I needed. The room was really beautiful and clean, with a nice shaded area to relax and a small garden where you can enjoy a coffee. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in Rome!

Great location, very well connected by public transport. The room is welcoming and cool, super clean, with brand-new services and furnishings that work perfectly. The private garden is relaxing. The host Sabrina is very kind and welcoming.

Privacy, cleanliness, hospitality, proximity to a good pastry bar for breakfast, room comfort, maximum flexibility at check‑out, attention to detail (fresh flowers in the room, drinks available, toiletry kit, slippers). Sabrina was extremely kind and available from the start, showed us the room (which had just been cleaned) and gave us full freedom to move around. The accommodation is clean, well cared for, with many comforts that are often missing in top hotels. The outdoor space is definitely a plus, especially in summer evenings.
