The vibe during my stay is hard to describe, but it was great value for money. Clean, cosy, comfortable, with a large, well‑equipped kitchen, a 10‑minute walk to the bus/train station, and plenty of parking space (at least in September). There is no desk reception, but the owner, a nice guy, is never too far away. Self‑check‑in via an app or by phone call, they let me check in early and check out late—thanks for your hospitality. I’ll gladly stay again.

The location is great, just a 10‑minute bike ride to a nice beach, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The kitchen comes fully equipped with every appliance you could need. The shared bathrooms are spacious and stylish, and the back deck offers tables where you can dine outside. However, you’ll need to call ahead upon arrival to get a key, and your phone must be able to make a regular call—not just WhatsApp—otherwise the app won’t work if the hotel doesn’t have your number on file. Once the call was made, everything was clear and the staff were very friendly. The room itself is on the smaller side; it was fine for my light luggage, but if you have a lot of bags or prefer more room, it could feel cramped.

I stayed in a single room with a bathroom that was very fresh. Despite temperature fluctuations during the day and night, the room remained comfortable throughout my stay, and I slept soundly both nights. Other guests were present, but the rooms are separated, so it was a peaceful experience. There is an outdoor patio with seating to enjoy the lingering summer weather, and a large kitchen with multiple tables if you need to work on a laptop alone. When I checked out, I couldn’t find any instructions about whether to leave the linens in the room or elsewhere.
