The cleaning was lacking because the room wasn’t cleaned even when we were out for a few hours, and the room service food took a long time to be served.

The front‑desk staff on the day of arrival were helpful, but the night‑shift receptionists didn’t negotiate, charged an unfair price, and wouldn’t let us into a room with a bathtub.
