The staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was spacious with good décor, and the outdoor area and swimming pool were cozy. I loved everything about my stay and would recommend The Urban without hesitation. Nothing to add.

The location was good, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms feel a bit outdated but are very clean. Keep in mind that you’re surrounded by nature, so you might find mosquitoes, flies, and geckos in the room, but they’re harmless.

The location was very convenient, right next to a quiet but nice night market. The facilities were amazing and the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The location was great, the hotel staff were lovely and very helpful, and the public spaces were pleasant and beautiful. The room was dirty, the shower had a dirty head over the toilet, and there was a lot of mold. The room didn’t look like the pictures and was neither comfortable nor pleasant, which was a stark contrast to the rest of the hotel’s exterior.
