The house is very pretty, well decorated and comfortable. The pool and terrace are wonderful. You can dine at the attached hotel, which is very convenient. Breakfast is excellent and freshly made right at the house. The beds don’t have mosquito nets, so at night it was a nightmare – we woke up covered in bites. The lights keep going out, but the staff were very attentive about it; it’s an electrical issue on the island.

A very nice holiday home with 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is freshly prepared in the house by a very friendly housekeeper. At the request of guests, lunch and dinner can also be cooked in the house for a fee. Next door is the Sand Beach hotel complex, whose facilities (large pool, massage, restaurant, beach bar) can be shared. The beach is only 150 m from the house and, fortunately, not as crowded as places like Nungwi or Paje. Excursions (kayak, quad, Stone Town or Sundowner beach party) can be arranged through the hotel or by the caretaker Mussa. We stayed 5 days in January and paid 900 €, which works out to 180 €/person. Will definitely come back 😀

A perfect spot for a vacation, close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The villa is amazing. Really beautiful, with a nice sandy lawn surrounded by tropical greenery and a pool. The beds are comfy, the shower has hot water and good pressure. We had a very kind lady help us with breakfast, cleaning and sometimes dinner. It’s just a 1‑minute walk to a magical beach. The villa is located a bit out, it’s a 15‑minute drive to Paje by taxi, which is kind of a hassle, to be honest. We only found a few nice restaurants within a 20‑minute walk. The restaurant at the hotel serves horrible food and messes up every order they get. Dogs were fighting almost every night.
