The location is excellent, and the phone/WhatsApp communication with the contact person was great. The bathroom had no towel hooks, so we had to hang towels on the chairs in the room. I found the prices a bit high, but it was the weekend of the Americas Cup of Sailing, so I understand the price hike.

The spot is great, right by the waterfront and super convenient for exploring the city. The daily cleaning was thorough, and the room stayed very tidy.

Nothing! The building is extremely dilapidated. In the room there was only a tiny, fragile locker that couldn't hold clothes because its depth was narrower than a standard hanger. The doors wouldn't close. The photos are very misleading.

The location is great. There were no coffee cups, the bathroom worked poorly, sometimes opening the door was a challenge, and there were problems with the lock.

Breakfast was modest at a bar, basically just cappuccino and croissant. The facilities were mediocre. The palace was shabby. Near the windows there was an obviously old scaffold, even dangerous for safety. In the bathroom there wasn’t even a cheap soap bar.
