I’ve stayed here twice before and it’s a basic place that works well for short stays and offers good value. Now, to our surprise, the hotel is under intense renovation—lobby, front desk, and restaurant are closed and in disarray. The room itself is clean and fine, but there’s no service from staff or owners at all.

The location was fine, but the hotel was under construction without any prior notice. The restaurant was also closed, and the carpets were dirty while the bathroom faucet was broken.

I didn’t even get to stay in my room because the pub’s restaurant was closed for renovations, and I never received any warning. I’m asking for a refund or at least a partial one.

“Good value for the money, accommodating staff.”

The rooms are decent in size, clean, and affordable. The bar and restaurant are just downstairs, and the staff are friendly. There’s nothing to complain about; it’s good value for the money.
