“טעון שיפור”
The hotel is a fairly new property situated in a stunning mountain setting, with a modern design and spacious, comfortable rooms. Because the hotel uses white rugs, the front‑desk staff asked us to put plastic bags on our shoes to avoid staining them, which felt a bit odd. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant; it claims to offer a selection of quality meats, but when a child who barely speaks English is left to order, the dishes end up burnt and the waiter—who is also a child—shows almost no courtesy. Breakfast was shocking: there was no variety, no bread except for a “concrete” loaf that wasn’t edible, the orange juice was flat, the hot water and soda were gone, and the trays were almost empty. The staff member supposed to serve us was on his phone, then disappeared for about twenty minutes, and even after returning, he ignored the stock and did nothing, which was shameful. I definitely won’t return. Breakfast was awful, with a lack of care and indifference from the staff, and the restaurant is not recommended.
