The staff, especially DeDe at the desk, were kind and helpful. The property was clean, though I found cobwebs in the lower corners of my room. The fridge was clean and cold. However, the parking lot was crowded at all hours, making it feel unsafe, and we had to request breakfast to be set out.

The hotel’s proximity to family and the airport was convenient, rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. The pillows were awful—tall, roundish blobs that felt lumpy, as if machine‑washed. The paid grab‑and‑go breakfast was gone on six of the eight mornings “because we’re fully booked.” I couldn’t sleep due to loud doors slamming and hallway traffic.

I booked early afternoon for an 8 pm arrival, but the front desk said my room wasn’t ready. They promised a 30‑minute wait, then 45 minutes later claimed no rooms were available and that the cleaning crew had left. I told them I’d already paid and that I couldn’t be charged again. After refusing to leave, I was given an “unleaded” room with clean sheets to make my own bed and promised a reduced price. I’m not sure I’ll ever use Booking again for future travel.

The rooms were big and tidy. The location felt safe, right next to two schools and a police station. Breakfast was basically non‑existent; I’m not sure if that’s normal, but it seemed that way. If you’re after a proper meal, you won’t find one. The only options were oatmeal packets, small packaged muffins, granola bars, and packaged hard‑boiled eggs. Every kitchen item had to be requested one by one from the front desk, which was a hassle, and nothing was pre‑stocked.
