The staff were great, the kiosk was excellent, and the hotel is close to Farringdon station, offering a very good link to both Heathrow airport and the city. I also liked the 24‑hour gym. The rooms are a bit small, and personally I’m not a fan of the self‑check‑in process, which felt like too much time spent on a screen—though that’s just a matter of taste.

The staff were lovely, very kind and helpful, and the room was very clean, but the bed was tiny for two people. The only window was in the bathroom and looked straight into a neighboring office, making the room very dark—definitely not ideal.

The Farringdon U‑Station is served by four lines and the hotel is a few minutes’ walk away. I stayed in a Premium room with a Queen‑size bed, but the room was still relatively small, clean, and had a nice rain shower. The bed was comfortable and electronically adjustable, but the windows couldn’t be opened. Despite being a four‑star property, the fridge was empty and there was no bottled water in the room. Everything felt quite compact and a bit tight, making it less suitable for a longer stay.
