The spot is spot-on if you’re heading to the airport or shopping centers like CieloVista, and the rooms are spotless—cleanliness scores a perfect 10! The pools look well‑maintained even though I didn’t use them. The only thing that could use a tweak is breakfast: it’s a buffet but only offers eggs, sausage, cereal, and bread—no waffle iron, which would be a nice touch.

The restaurant is really good. You should definitely try the wings!. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, and unfortunately, we have noticed that the quality and service have declined considerably. This time, we stayed for four days, and our room was not cleaned even once. Although we requested housekeeping, we were told that rooms are only cleaned every three days. In our case, the day our room was scheduled to be cleaned was basically the day we were checking out, so the service was of no use to us. We ended up staying our entire visit without having our room cleaned. In addition, the ice machines were not working on several floors. Since rooms are only serviced every three days, some guests leave their trash outside their rooms in the hallways for it to be collected. As a result, the hallways look dirty and poorly maintained, which is definitely not what you would expect from a hotel like this. A couple of friends who traveled with us also had a very unpleasant experience. Their bathroom flooded in the middle of the night, and they had to change rooms at around 2:00 a.m. To make matters worse, they were moved to a smaller room than the one they had originally booked and paid for, and they were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience or the difference in room type. It is very disappointing because we have chosen to stay at this hotel several times based on our previous positive experiences. Unfortunately, after this stay, it is clear that the level of service, cleanliness, and maintenance has declined significantly. We hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to restore the quality this hotel once offered
