The location was perfect and the capsule was great.

The location and overall concept of the hotel were fine. I stayed there a second time; the first visit was very good, but the second was not. It was very dirty: the bedding in the capsule was pilled, and the mattress had a strong odor. The shower was filthy, full of hair, and the drain was so clogged that after about 5 minutes water started leaking out of the shower enclosure. The sinks were dirty, there was nowhere to put toiletries because of hair everywhere, and the surfaces on the shelves weren’t wiped. The kitchen was the same: hair on the work surface, everything stained and soiled. It seemed like no cleaning had been done at all, and I was there for two days.
The location and clean room were good, but the capsule had poor ventilation and was too hot inside.

I appreciate the modern design of the hostel, but the service level is far below modern standards. The property had no water for the entire morning until check‑out, so nobody could shower, use the bathroom, or even brush teeth.

The staff were exceptionally professional, polite, caring, and friendly. For me, the capsules didn’t have enough air.
