The spot was convenient, but the shower water temperature kept changing randomly and the wash was unpleasant, while the carpet felt dusty.

The location was fine, yet the cleanliness and facilities were lacking, so I cannot recommend it and will not book there again; that is my personal view of the property.

The place was nice and clean, with all facilities like towels, hair dryer, water, and more. I wondered why a phone number is posted if you won't receive calls, and what the point is of everything if you won't reply to emails.

The value for money was solid for such a basic place, the room was clean and the bed comfy, and the staff were friendly. It sits right in the pedestrian zone, close to the bus stop and train station, and the link to Bonn city centre is great with six bus lines and an S‑train. The shower was in the room, but the toilets on the corridor, at least on the first floor, are ridiculously cramped and low. Other than that, there was little to complain about.
