How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

There was an electric heater in the room, which mattered since it was cold at night; I didn’t use it, but knowing it was available helped. Nothing else really stood out.

“never again... if i wanted roomates, i would have stayed at a backpackers.”

The title was misleading because it’s quite far from Perth airport, though the place itself was pretty clean. They didn’t disclose that the room was just a room in a house, and you’re essentially sharing the house with other guests, which made the situation awkward. I had no idea who the other people were, and there was a two‑page rule list. The description could have been clearer about the shared housing setup.

“Worst ever”

I was given the wrong PIN, and their phone number didn’t even work. Transparency would have been ideal.

“It is a big house but over all the price is to expensive for what it is.”

The bed was comfortable, the house was spacious, there was plenty of parking, and access was easy. But there were no cleaning supplies in the kitchen or bathroom, no basic spices (salt, pepper, oil), and communication was slow or nonexistent. The room had no bins, it was expensive for what it offered, and there was no shampoo in the bathroom.

The place was clean and quiet, but it’s an hour away from the airport by public transport, even though it looks closer on the map. If you don’t have a car, you’ll miss it. The name of the establishment is misleading.
