The interior is new and clean, with everything needed for the stay. The umbrella and the cooler bag with ice pops are very handy for beach trips. The location is fairly convenient: the historic centre of Iglesias is about a 15‑minute walk away. The staff’s welcome was rather rushed, with quick and sparse explanations of the main information. Breakfast, which wasn’t clearly stated at booking, is served at a partner bar about 15 minutes away and consists of a cappuccino and a brioche.

The room size was really comfortable and the freshly renovated bathroom was also spacious. The breakfast, listed as included, was only a hot drink and a brioche from a bar about 10 minutes on foot, which isn’t convenient for families with a small child, especially if the child wants fruit juice that must be paid separately. During our stay no room cleaning or trash pickup took place; the room was tidy when we arrived, but nobody came after that, and this wasn’t mentioned during booking.
