We had a wonderful stay in this very nice and quiet location, a great starting point for exploring Florence and Tuscany. Angelo gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, and we followed his restaurant suggestions, being very satisfied with every meal. Breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the complimentary chilled white wine that was always available in the fridge. We can highly recommend this place!
“Fabuleux”
The lodging is typical of a quiet, restorative setting. Angelo is a very friendly, welcoming, and generous host. Every day we were greeted with an aperitif and a bottle of his own white wine. The sweet and savory breakfast is hearty, with homemade pastries and delicious omelets. Thanks, Angelo, for your kindness and our little chats. It was perfect, and I highly recommend your agriturismo.
“Endroit à ne pas manquer ‼️”
It was great, the owner is lovely. He gives us good intentions, especially don’t pass by without stopping to go to Florence 🤩
The owner doesn’t have many staff, but it feels like a boutique place and the stay was generally trouble‑free. Every day they leave a bottle of their own wine and a small snack if you order. There wasn’t much else, just one or two tiny spiders on the wall – the kind you sometimes see in that type of building – and later we noticed a slight electrical leak from the shower, so you should stay alert; we mentioned it to the owner.
The place is beautiful and peaceful outside Florence, run by the family for generations, and Angelo’s son is truly very welcoming and friendly, just the Italian way we love. There’s a direct bus line from the city center that takes 20 minutes, very convenient. They were very attentive with free water during the heatwaves, and we even tasted their excellent wine! The room was well‑air‑conditioned and appreciated, and the breakfast was excellent in a magnificent typical common room. The personal terrace in the garden for each room couldn’t be enjoyed because of the heat and mosquitoes, so the tempo wasn’t right.
